Blizzard has released the War Within Patch 11.0.5 Patch Notes containing the 20th Anniversary Celebration!

The following were updated to the Patch Notes since initial publication.

CLASSES

Enhancement Shaman
Deeply Rooted Elements chance to trigger reduced to 6%3% (was 7%) and now triggers on cast rather than on damage dealt.

Developer's note: In a future patch, we're going to change this to be based on Maelstrom Weapon stacks spent rather than per cast of ability that consumes Maelstrom Weapon and readjust the proc rate.

DUNGEONS AND RAIDS

Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands raid encounters have had mechanics adjusted so that they are possible to complete while solo or in a party.

Join the 20th Anniversary Celebration near the Caverns of Time, spread your wings as a new Dracthyr Hunter, Rogue, Priest, Mage, Warrior, or Warlock, ascend with a new Shaman Ascendance form, and more.
