There are puzzles across Thedas in and some of them protect more interesting secrets than others. While many renditions of the three-statues-that-rotate puzzle are in the game, the one in the Sheltered Glade is tricky. This puzzle is located in a small area of the Hossberg Wetlands and will take someone with an eye for detail to spot and solve.
Very early on in players are introduced to statues that rotate 90 degrees when players interact with them. This, along with elven power crystals, becomes a game-long mechanic that hides relatively low-stakes treasure for players. If you're anything like me, solving any puzzle is satisfying, no matter the difficulty, with the treasure being rewarded secondary to the feeling of completing a challenge of wits. The statue puzzle in the Hossberg Wetlands is one such puzzle, with the reward it hides being only part of the reason for figuring it out.
Before you can solve the puzzle in the Sheltered Glade, you've got to reach it. Thankfully, the Sheltered Glade is just off the central area of the Hossberg Wetlands, so you can head there as soon as you've finished the introductory quest for the area. Once you do, head to the left side of the area, where you'll see some Blight boils clinging to the side of the wooden structure.
The Sheltered Glade is, as it sounds, sheltered from any Darkspawn or other enemies, so you won't need to worry when deciding which companion to bring with you.
Use your «Blight Warrior» action (RB, then the top of the action menu if you're on controller) to pop the middle Blight, then the two on either side of it. This will drop a ladder that allows you to access the puzzle. At first glance, this puzzle isn't too hard, but you'll soon find a trick to it.
