Pokémon TCG Pocket Leak Reveals Gorgeous Upcoming Event Art Of Unlikely Gen 1 Duo

A new leak is showing off a first look at some new accessories featuring a pair of iconic Pokémon. uses a variety of events to keep players logging in every day, with a variety of prizes in store for players who can complete tasks like defeating opponents or collecting certain kinds of cards. Many of these prizes aren't promo cards (like the recent Lapras ex card), but accessories tied to specific themes.

A new leak posted to X by BRAYSH Gaming showed off some recent rewards from an upcoming event starting on December 6th. Rewards for the event include a coin, icon, backdrop, sleeves, frame, and playmat featuring Venusaur. The frame, sleeves, and playmat all feature artwork of a Venusaur and Bulbasaur standing at the edge of a pond, while a Pidgeot flies near the pond's surface. The artwork pairs Venusaur and Pidgeot together in an interesting way, considering the two Pokémon don't usually appear in artwork together, even though both are from the original games.

Thanks to several recent leaks, we have an idea of what the upcoming Bulbasaur-focused event will entail. The event will run from December 6th through December 20th and will focus on both Bulbasaur and Magnemite. Both Pokémon will have promo cards, as will Venusaur.
