Creator ConcernedApe has provided additional details about what's coming in the upcoming Stardew Valley update 1.6.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that the creator of the popular country-life RPG is working on yet another update for the seven-year-old game. Aside from new game content, ConcernedApe also revealed that this update will be appreciated by modders. No additional details about what new content will be added to the game. Taking to Twitter earlier today, ConcernedApe has now provided more info about the content that will be added with the new patch.
Arriving with update 1.6 is a new festival as well as new items, additional dialogues, 'secrets', and more. We've included ConcernedApe's tweet below. In his tweet, he also mentions "???", which could very well refer to the more powerful modding tools that will be arriving with the update. Of course, it could also be something entirely different.

It's pretty great to see the support that Stardew Valley has been getting since its release in 2016. The game packs tons of content, and with this upcoming update, the game's creator aims to provide even more value to the game.
