We weren't expecting to be bringing up Gotham Knights today, but the public has spoken. Warner Bros. Games' maligned but actually-not-bad action game has made a surprise return to the UK's physical games chart, placing number six. The sudden uptick in sales comes down to a pretty heavy price promotion, cutting the cost to less than half.
The remainder of the top 10 is far more predictable. Resident Evil 4 is still king of the castle, with the vast majority of those physical sales being made with either the PS5 or PS4 versions. FIFA 23 and Hogwarts Legacy have swapped places, now sitting in second and third respectively. Jumping up two places is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in fourth, while God of War Ragnarok has slipped down to ninth.
