The Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered Trilogy has nearly 300 trophies and achievements for players to earn, but strangely doesn't have any Platinums on the PS5 version of the game.
Happy Valentine's Day, gamers. On this day of chocolates, hearts, and love, what better way is there to celebrate than with the long-awaited return of Lara Croft? That's right, while we're seemingly not getting Crystal Dynamics' new game any time soon, everyone's favourite Tomb Raider is back with a remastered trilogy of the first three games in the series.
Not only does this remastered trilogy add a photo mode and modern controls to the games that started the series off, but it also comes with a bunch of trophies and achievements for players to unlock. While most games include 50 or so trophies, that's not the case for the re-released Tomb Raider games, which have nearly 300 between them.
The first Tomb Raider is the biggest of them all and has 100 Trophies for players to unlock, which is made up of the main game and its multiple expansions. Tomb Raider 2 has 90 Trophies overall, so a few less than the first game but still way more than other PS5 releases. Finally, we have Tomb Raider 3, which has the fewest Trophies to unlock at 82 overall. Altogether, that makes 272 Trophies across the whole trilogy.
As you'd expect, there is a trophy for locking the butler in the freezer in Tomb Raider 2. Because of course there is. The rest of the trophies are relatively simple, although anyone expecting an easy time with the original Tomb Raider games is going to be in for a sore surprise .
Although there's clearly plenty for trophy hunters to do in the Tomb Raider Trilogy, there is one thing missing from the PS5 version of each game - a Platinum Trophy. Even if you manage to collect every trophy across all three Tomb Raider games and all of their respective expansion packs, you won't receive the shiniest of trophies for your trouble.
