A new trailer TV spot for Thor: Love and Thunder reveals new dialogue from Christian Bale's Gorr The God Butcher. Thor: Love and Thunder is the third solo film featuring Earth's Mightiest Avenger, starring Chris Hemsworth as Thor Odinson while bringing back Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, aka the new Mighty Thor. Foster's Thor was featured in the pages of Marvel Comics in a run by writer Jason Aaron, which had Thor's longtime love interest picking up Mjolnir and wielding the worthy power.
Thor: Love and Thunder is directed by Taika Waititi, who helmed the last effort, Thor: Ragnarok, and stars Russell Crowe, Tessa Thompson, Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Jamie Alexander, Sam Neill, Matt Damon, and Melissa McCarthy. Aaron also created Bale's villain character Gorr The God Butcher in the pages of the Thor comics. This expansive murder-mystery saga unveiled a dire new threat in the Marvel Universe. Bale, of course, is no stranger to comic-book films, having starred in WB/DC's The Dark Knight trilogy as Batman for director Christopher Nolan, making his MCU debut with Thor: Love and Thunder.

In a new TV Spot Trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder (via Thor: Love and Thunder News), Gorr is heard uttering new dialogue, which aligns with his god-killing goals. «The world will be better without gods,» Gorr says, as he's seen seemingly destroying a planet with his Necrosword. Gorr is also heard saying, «You are not like the others. You have something worth fighting for.» It's unclear who he's speaking to when he says those last lines, as it could be anyone, but likely it's directed at Thor Odinson or Foster's Thor.
