At the end of The Umbrella Academy season 3, a brief post-credits scene shows Ben but it raises more questions than it answers. 3 seasons in, The Umbrella Academy has set itself a precedent of leaving each season on a huge cliffhanger. This previously saw the siblings finding themselves in a new time period or timeline, and The Umbrella Academy season 3 ending is no different.
After finding the machine in the Hotel Oblivion, the remaining siblings found themselves being used as an energy source for that machine. Reginald Hargreeves (Colm Feore) had clearly always planned to use the seven super-powered humans in either timeline to power this machine and remake the universe such that Abigail was alive. However, Allison rejecting Hargreeves' plan and double-crossing them leaves the siblings alive, if powerless, in the new timeline.

The final moments of The Umbrella Academy season 3 show that in the new reality Reginald Hargreeves is at the head of a huge business empire. The siblings are left to explore this new world in their own ways, which leaves Luther heading off in search of Sloane. It’s not clear whether Sloane or other versions of the Umbrellas and Sparrows exist in this reality, but The Umbrella Academy season 3 end credits scene might give clues to that.
