Star Robert Sheehan predicts a turbulent arc for his character, Klaus, after The Umbrella Academy season 3. Netflix's adaptation of the comic series of the same name created by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá became a popular success after it premiered in 2019, and it went on to earn six Emmy nominations. He grew from a desperate addict afraid of his own powers in The Umbrella Academy season 1 to a willing member of the family with mastery over death in season 3. Klaus showed the true extent of his growth when he left his peaceful void to help the surviving Hargreeves fight the guardians in the Hotel Oblivion. Then, all of the Hargreeves lost their powers, including Klaus's painfully mastered immortality, in The Umbrella Academy season 3's ending twist.
