Blizzard revealed nearly all the Hero Talent Trees including 6 new ones with the launch of the War Within Alpha.

Inspired by the soldiers of the powerful Kaldorei army, the Sentinel tree (ha!) is all about controlling the ebb and flow of combat, wearing your enemy down with unrelenting precision enhanced by pure Arcane energy. On the surface, this doesn't have a whole lot do with Survival's spec fantasy, but one could sure make an argument that it fits in very well with the adaptive ranger part of the spec! Much like our Pack Leader initial impression editorial, we'll be going over our general first impressions of the tree in thematic and gameplay lenses, go over some immediate questions and concerns, then finally going over each node individually.
Preliminary thoughts are quite positive! Much like Pack Leader, Sentinel meshes very well with Blizzard's design goals of a non-intrusive augmentation of your current spec identity without overcomplicating things. Sentinel sure seems like it's going to be quite the visual spectacle, albeit very passive for your gameplay.
