Certain ingredients that can be obtained from almost any vendor make it far easier to create the drug through item crafting.
Aurora is a consumable hallucinogen that your character can take to losehealth over a short period of time. This drug is harmful in even the smallest of battles, and taking too many drugs could lead to addiction in, a status condition that causes even more negative debuffs. To start making Aurora for yourself, you have to travel to Neon on the planet Volii Alpha and witness an NPC named Neshar being taken into custody at security for trying to smuggle the drug. This will open up a new quest called in that leads you to talk to Neshar in his prison cell. Here, he tells you about a smuggling operation being spearheaded by Legrande, a shop vendor in the city.
You can find Legrande at Legrande Liquors in, an area closer to the downtown of Neon that sells a number of different items. Asking about Legrande's operation leads you to get a job with the Xenofish Corporation, where you learn how to craft Aurora at Pharmaceutical Stations. Once you create a vial of Aurora, you have the ability to craft it at any Pharmaceutical Station in the galaxy.
