Starfield has a pretty decent range of clothing for all you fashionistas out there, but every now and then you'll spot an NPC wearing a particularly attractive suit or outfit that puts your own threads to shame. If you were playing Skyrim, you could simply get into your best sneaking position and attempt to undress the person where they stand, but Starfield has no feature that allows you to swipe the clothes that NPCs are wearing. Even murdering them doesn't let you take the clothes off their body.
Fortunately, one Starfield player was determined to swipe the clothes off of NPCs and has actually come up with a solution. It's a bit convoluted and requires a fair amount of prep, but if you pile enough points in the Social skill tree and unlock the Manipulation skill, you can go around stealing the clothes off of anyone you like, but only if you're willing to murder them.

First discovered and shared to the Starfield subreddit by u/Zorping, you can use Manipulation to get a nearby NPC to "Inspect" the body of a person you've killed. Doing so will transfer all of the items on that person to the NPC, including the clothes they were wearing. After that, you can then murder the person that you used Manipulation on to loot their belongings, which includes the clothes of the first person you killed.
Like I said, it's pretty convoluted, and requires you to commit a double homicide just for some fancy clothes, but the option is there if you're desperate.
