Spin Rhythm XD hit the PC back in March and now it’s set for its console debut thanks to the Nintendo Switch. There have been a ton of rhythm games on the market over the past two decades, but none really did things quite like Spin Rhythm XD. Here, you have a song playing and want to match the beat with a rotating set of notes to work with. There are different color schemes to work with for the main gameplay area, with pink and blue, orange and white, a little bit of the Jokier’s purple and green and different-looking skins to put on the spinner.

To get over 60 songs in a game like this is impressive and when you’re playing with a group locally, one great thing about having a diverse lineup is that every player is going to wind up with at least a few new songs on their playlists as a result. It might be annoying when they’re humming a few of them during a conversation, but well-worth it just to have had the experience.
