Sony’s engagement with enthusiasts is non-existent in the PS5 era, so of course we know very little about the imminent Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. We have to accept what we can get, then: like these new images of Peter Parker and Miles Morales in their respective default suits. As you’d expect from developer Insomniac Games, both outfits look ludicrously detailed.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is, of course, shaping up to be the biggest launch on Sony’s system this year, with its release date locked for 20th October. I wonder if Sonys studios are frustrated with Sonys poor/lack of communication to its fans?

To be fair, people keep saying about lack of comms but let’s not forget there’s a Starfield party going on on the ‘other side’. Makes sense to let that happen for a week or two before Sony steals the limelight.

Personally, I don't care about communication and all that. I care about games. And so far Sony has delivered. They can remain silent all they want, as long as they keep releasing excellent games.

Got over a month to hype and market it. Let people relax and calm over starfield.
