Sources Revealed for New Recipes coming in Patch 10.1!
As the Patch 10.1 PTR continues to develop, the new recipes that we highlighted a few weeks ago now have sources! In this article we will highlight many of these new sources.
Enchanted CrestsA major category of items coming in Patch 10.1 is the new Enchanted Crests. These are meant to replace the current Infusions, Primal Infusion and Concentrated Primal Infusion, in Season 2. These Crests will be in high demand and must be crafted by Enchanters. All 3 Crests, Enchanted Whelpling's Shadowflame Crest, Enchanted Wyrm's Shadowflame Crest, Enchanted Aspect's Shadowflame Crest, and the new Titan Training Matrix V are drops from treasures within the Zaralek Cavern. The tooltip indicates that it might also come from something else, like normal zone drops, but that is not confirmed. It is important to note that these recipes are also BoP, Formula: Enchanted Aspect's Shadowflame Crest.
CookingRocks on the Rocks is a brand new cooking recipe coming in Patch 10.1. This recipe comes from Chest of Massive Gains within the Zaralek Cavern.
Cauldron of Extracted PutrescenceCauldron of Extracted Putrescence is a new Cauldron that will act like a Portable Altar of Decay. This cauldron will be obtained through Decay Covered Chest and World Creatures. If you'd like to learn more about this Cauldron, click here.
Raid DropsThere are many recipes that are tied to different Bosses within the new raid. The new Leatherworking Embellishment, Shadowflame-Tempered Armor Patch, will drop from Neltharion. The new cape, Undulating Sporecloak, will also drop from bosses within the raid, but it is not tied to one specific boss.
