The voting has concluded on the Season 4 tier set bonuses and the winners of the voting can be announced. However, we'll have to find out if Blizzard will directly take the winning results on the Season 4 due to how rigged the votes could be.
Problem 2: Meme/Spiteful Votes — There have been many people recommending people to vote for a Tier Set for a class they didn't want, to intentionally make a spec «bad» or not fun to play in Season 4. An example is players encouraging others to vote for Season 1 Augmentation Evoker, an option that is not present in the polls. This probably makes up some portion of the votes but probably isn't as impactful as Problem 1.
The poll have no class requirement or even a 1 vote per account means that these visible numbers are very likely skewed and its possible Blizzard does some post vote filtering before deciding which Tier set bonuses and transmogs to put in for Season 4.
