Building on reports that Bethesda's RPG Starfield will be given a PS5 version at some point later this year, a new article from The Verge claims Microsoft is also «considering» making Indiana Jones and the Great Circle available on the Sony system. The game will supposedly only have a «short period of exclusivity», with the initial Xbox release «tentatively targeting» December 2024.
According to the report, there's «an intense debate internally at Microsoft over which Xbox games to bring to rival consoles», with plans not yet finalised. Along with Hi-Fi Rush, Sea of Thieves, and Starfield, the Indiana Jones game — which features the likeness of Harrison Ford — could be playable on PS5 before the year's end. Further speculation suggests Microsoft may announce its mult-platform plans in the coming weeks or months, and Hi-Fi Rush is apparently first up, with an official announcement «in the coming weeks».
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, as of right now, has been confirmed for an Xbox Series X|S and PC release, and features a mixture of first and third-person gameplay. Would you want to play it on PS5? Let us know in the comments below.

I wouldn't be surprised if they only got a timed exclusive contract from the IP owners anyway, same goes for the blade game as well.
Man, MS has to make an announcement about these plans this week, they can't keep letting these rumors fester for weeks or months, just rip the band-aid off at this point. I get they're probably waiting to announce HI-FI Rush at the Nintendo Direct but surely they can at the very least talk about their new multi-platform strategy.
Heads will explode if this turns out
