Microsoft only announced four first-party titles for PS5 today, and it’s refusing to name which ones, although the likelihood is that Sea of Thieves, Grounded, Hi-Fi Rush, and Pentiment will all get ported. However, its stance is wishy-washy when it comes to other releases, with Spencer claiming he doesn’t believe “we should as an industry ever rule out a game going to any other platform”.

And according to The Verge, the manufacturer has been considering other options, including Microsoft Flight Simulator, Gears of War, and even the next DOOM game. Obviously, nothing is official until it’s in black-and-white, and it sounds like upper-management at Xbox is still uncertain about how much it wants to commit to this new multiformat strategy, but clearly other titles could follow this initial batch.

We literally just had a snoozefest of a conference where Microsoft goes down on their knees and pleas to us, telling us that we're not gonna see a major title on competitor systems. If not Starfield, why Gears?
Doom is hopefully a guarantee, considering that it's a super popular multi-platform franchise, and Fight Simulator may be stretching it, but it's at least more believable that Gears of War.
I mean if they don't want to be hypocrites then yeah at least the next doom game should be multiplatform
Well Doom makes sense as it's always been on playstation anyway, and Microsoft Flight Simulator was made by a third party dev i believe so maybe they want the game on playstation. But Gears I don't see happening, the xbox community would have a meltdown.
