Amid rumors of Teresa Giudice and Dina Cantin's fallout, The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are questioning Luis Ruelas' possible involvement. Teresa and Dina have years of history as best friends. The two even managed to maintain their close ties despite Teresa's messy fallout with Dina's sister Caroline Manzo. With Dina estranged from her own siblings, maintaining her loyalty to Teresa was no problem. Dina has been present for many of Teresa's big life moments, including her engagement to Luis.
During the season 12 reunion, Teresa had to own up to snubbing her longtime friend Delores Catania with an invite to her engagement party.
