Hi all, being a little stupid, i have 3 voucher codes that came with Hogwarts legacy game for PS4, i went to Playstation Network to enter them, but unfortunately created a new account, entered the codes, and when i came to play the game, they obviously hadn't worked as they were against the wrong account. I realised my mistake, contacted Playstation Network, who rightly or wrongly, and even though the codes had not been used in a game, told me they were lost forever.
