Fighting the parasite for control of his own body, Leon uses his last remaining strength to get Ashley to the lab in desperate hope that Luis's legacy can still save them.
Both Leon and Ashley have finally had the parasites taken out of their bodies, so it's time to leave the Island (and finish the game!) for good.
Exit Luis's Laboratory the same way you came in, then give Ashley a boost up to the ladder in the warehouse. Take the Velvet Blue and return to the main Sanctuary area, where you can drop down and make your way through the rubble. Grab the Iluminados Pendant before you climb up the other side, then follow the path through the cave, dealing with the Novistadors as you go. Take the Gold Ingot, then converse with the Merchant for one last time this playthrough. When you're ready, take the Elevator down to the final boss.
In order to down Saddler for good, you'll need to first target the eyeballs that appear on his many limbs. Shoot each one enough to destroy it, then Saddler will be staggered, allowing you to get in close and stick a knife into its weak point. You'll need to repeat this process a number of times to defeat the boss.
Attacks to look out for include a stream of black liquid fired at you, which can knock off almost your entire health
