As great as enjoying action and thrills in games is, sometimes it’s preferable to just watch things play out instead. In developer VaragtP’s newly released garden-growing simulator, Plantera 2: Golden Acorn, players can do exactly that. Either they can do everything they can to make the best garden anyone’s ever seen, they can just sit back and watch it grow.
Plantera 2: Golden Acorn tasks players with growing up a garden around a magical oak tree in order to grow the tree itself and possibly learn its secrets. Again, they can do everything themselves, or they can leave in the care of their “Mellows:” little blue creatures that have a knack for tendig gardens.
More growth means more golden acorns to harvest, which in turn allow for more expansions, customizations and creatures. Gardens can get mischeivos visitors too, so players will have to figure out some method of scaring them off. For a look at how exactly this all work, check out the most recent trailer below:
Plantera 2: Golden Acorn is available now for PC via Steam.
