According to an insider, the remake of Persona 3 will be titled "Persona 3 Reload" and will release by the end of this year, but it also won't be the "definitive" version of the game, which likely means either no FES or no Portable content.
Persona 3 getting a remake has been one of the gaming industry's worst-kept secrets over the past few months, with the project being rumoured for years before seemingly getting shown off in a leaked reel from Sega earlier this year. Since then, the rumour has been corroborated by various sources, all hinting that it's going to get announced at some point during this Summer.

Now, the latest insider to back the rumour is Twitter user MbKKssTBhz5, who shared a thread of everything they know about the remake. According to them, the remake is titled "Persona 3 Reload", which is a clear reference to the evokers that the SEES use to summon their personas.
MbKKssTBhz5 also notes that the game will "likely release" this Winter, noting that it could arrive in November. They also suggest that the remake is going to be announced at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 11, which would make sense considering Xbox's relationship with Persona over the past few years.
While all of this seems like good news, MbKKssTBhz5 does suggest something that's going to annoy a lot of Persona fans. They say that the Persona 3 Remake "is a full remake" but that it "isn't definitive". We'll have to wait and see what that means for ourselves when the remake gets revealed, but Persona fans likely know where this is going already.
