PC Game Pass Will Launch On Nvidia GeForce Now This Week

There’s been a bit of a surge lately with cloud gaming. It might not be at a level yet to replace your game installs on PCs or console gaming. However, cloud gaming provides a means to enjoy a wide variety of video games without having the necessary hardware to run them natively. You’ll find a few services available to pick up, including Nvidia’s GeForce Now. This cloud gaming service offers a means to stream a collection of video game titles, but you’ll need to purchase these games.

Essentially, you’ll connect some of the libraries to GeForce Now, which would verify you own the games. Then you’ll be able to stream these titles from the servers from the GeForce Now service. Today, thanks to a report from IGN, we’re finding out that on August 24, 2023, you’ll find the first batch of PC Game Pass titles available on the GeForce Now service. You might have already recalled, but GeForce Now has a contract deal with Microsoft to ensure their collection of PC Game Pass titles is available on their subscription service. 

Now we know the first batch of games is finally coming to the service. However, don’t expect all of the games to land on the GeForce Now service on that date. It’s only the first few games, like Grounded and Deathloop, for example. More games are coming later on, and it’s only select titles right now. At any rate, this might be a big win for those that actively game through GeForce Now and want even more video game titles to pick through.
