Patch 10.1 PTR Hotfixes - Balance Druid Nerf

Last night after the 10.1 PTR build some hotfixes were applied which nerfs Balance Druid and includes some dungeon tuning.

Grand Vizier Ertan surrounds herself with 8 cyclones at the beginning of the encounter. These cyclones rotate slowly around her in a circle. Periodically Ertan calls the cyclones close to her, then after a few seconds the cyclones return to their regular orbit. Players that touch a cyclone are dealt 25 Nature damage and have their movement speed and Haste reduced by 60% for 8 sec.30% for 6 sec.
