To commemorate the occasion, Square Enix is hosting a giveaway where all you need to do is fill out a Final Fantasy 7-themed "Shinra Company Paid Leave Application Form" and share it on Twitter.
Your employer probably won't buy it, so stick to sharing it online instead of emailing it to your boss. Especially if your boss is a gamer that has played FF7, given that Shinra is the fictional electric power company that essentially controls Midgar, draining its resources while polluting its air. They even develop weapons and super soldiers to defend their interests.

Twitch partner Aitai Kimochi shared the giveaway on Twitter, translating the document for English-speaking readers. It asks for your department name, your name, the duration of your holiday, and the request reason, as well as letting you add any notes.
Once you've filled it out, follow the official Final Fantasy 7 Remake Twitter, and post your form with the hashtag '#神羅カンパニー有休申請' (AKA Shinra Company Paid Leave Application). Obviously, you need to be in Japan to be eligible, but if you do win, the FF7 Remake Twitter account will DM you with instructions on how to receive your prize.
