A Palworld fan has created a version of the Pokerap from the Pokemon series dedicated to the Pocketpair title. Palworld has long been considered Pokemon with guns, and this Pokerap may further solidify that.
Since the early days of the Pokemon anime, select episodes concluded with what's known as the Pokerap. The Pokerap is a catchy song that lists the names of the Pokemon, not in numerical or alphabetical order, but in an order that rhymes. As the Pokemon are named, scenes of their appearances in the anime are shown simultaneously. The Pokerap is a tradition that was maintained in the Pokemon series until the conclusion of the Hoenn region, leaving the fresh Pokemon anime seasons without the song. Recently, one player has decided to make a Pokerap dedicated to the Pals of Palworldin an equally catchy song.
Reddit user HiMyNameIsJudge recently shared a video of their Pokerap dedicated to Palworld that shares many similarities with the original song. Like the Pokerap, it goes beyond naming the characters to include lyrics relating to the game in between their names. Before the first batch of names, the jingle references the fact that players can put their Palworld Pals to work on various tasks. The first chunk of Pals named in the Palworld song include Hoocrates, Tanzee, Elphidran, Chikipi, Cremis, Bushi, Menasting, Daedream, Jolthog, Vixy, Robinquill, Penking, Foxparks, Lyleen, Pyrin, and Nitewing. The next verse highlights how players have to attack certain Pals directly with their melee or ranged weapons before being able to pit Pals against each other. Replacing the «gotta catch 'em all» phrase from the Pokerap is «they could live or die,» adding «it's all the same to me» in conclusion.
