Game Director Aaron Keller recently put out a blog post going in-depth about Lifeweaver's performance, the affect of his recent changes, and upcoming changes for him. Here's a brief summary of the blog:
Lifeweaver is under performing, despite his recent buffs and control changes. Increasing his healing ammo capacity and ultimate healing worked, he has one of the highest healing outputs in the game currently, and Blizzard is happy with that.
