In this week's Dragonflight Patch 10.2.5 PTR update, we've datamined a new model for a Night Elf child, presumably one of the new inhabitants of Bel’ameth and Belanaar harbor, the new Night Elf capital at the foot of Amidrdassil.
It appears that the child is already present within Belemath on the PTR, and is none other than Finel, the last Night Elf child saved from the Burning of Teldrassil by Genn Greymane during its depiction in the War of the Thorns novel. Just a baby at the time, Tyrande named the child Finel, meaning «the last» in Darnassian.
As noted in Blizzard's PTR Development Notes, many Night Elves have begun to move into their new home in the Dragon Isles, which features several updated Night Elf buildings, a temple, inn, and portals to several other major locations throughout Azeroth. Previously the site of the Central Encampment within the Emerald Dream, this new city is now known as Bel'ameth — The Arms of the Goddess.
To the north east is Belanaar harbor, home of several new Night Elf ships, another portal leading to Feathermoon Stronghold in Feralas, and the Evenfall Watchtower patrolled by Wardens.
These are just a few of the new areas being built up around Amirdrassil, but you can see more of the new Night Elf Capital in our Bel'ameth Preview in Patch 10.2.5.
