Fans of the original TV series will surely recognize the costumes confirmed so far, but nostalgia isn't all that's powering the trio's introduction. The girls make a unique fighter unit, with access to their own Aerial Dash attack and much more.
Players have anticipated the arrival of the Powerpuff Girls since plans for their introduction were leaked alongside Marceline and DC's Nubia, who's set to appear with the heroes this season.
