Sims 4's Grim Reaper Event Is Disappointing For One Major Reason

This Grim Reaper event is part of a new free component to the game, where exclusives will be available to claim for a limited time. It is separate from the upcoming, where players will not need the expansion to participate.
The Reaper's Rewards event centers around the Grim Reaper and offers log-in rewards for players who complete in-game tasks. Similar to a battle pass, the event is an opportunity for players to collect new items like clothing pieces, a new tattoo, and some furniture items. New items and tasks unlock every week for up to 6 weeks. Sadly, there's some disappointment that comes with the Reaper's Rewards event, which should be familiar to fans of the now 10-year-old game.
Some players find that the Reaper's Rewards event is too bugged to be even playable. One of the most common issues coming from the event is that the new interface on the top left of the game will be blank where the weekly tasks should be. This blank UI still appears to be a problem for players even in the second week of the event, as instances are still being reported in EA's bug report forums.
