Anyone looking to get this W-Engine can do so as a part of the 1.1 update for . Gilded Blossom is an item directly tied to the Camellia Golden Week event that takes place within the game. You need to be at least Inter-Knot Level 32 and complete quest in Chapter 3 of the main story to start the event.
Once you start participating in the Camellia Golden Week event, you must go to Hollow C41 to receive the Gilded Blossom W-Engine as a reward. You can find Hollow C41 through the HDD System at Random Play after the event has started. By going to the Hollow, you have to finish several tasks to beat it, from breaching firewalls to solving puzzles within a certain timeframe.
