We've datamined new class and spell changes for this week's Patch 11.0.5 PTR update, including several Druid buffs and yet another round of Warrior nerfs! Blizzard provided an overview of these changes in their recent PTR Development Notes, with a disclaimer that some changes may not arrive until a future hotfix.

Generates up to 20 Astral Power based on targets hit.
