Developer NetherRealm has officially revealed the six fighters coming to Mortal Kombat 1 post-release.
The DLC fighters will be Quan Chi, Omni Man, Ermac, Takeda, Peacemaker and Homelander, the Warner Bros. studio announced in a new trailer on Friday (embedded below).
In addition to the DLC news, a new Mortal Kombat 1 story trailer was also released, confirming more returning characters and Kameo fighters.

Developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games, Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19, 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Warner says the game “will introduce a reborn Mortal Kombat Universe that has been created by the Fire God Liu Kang, featuring reimagined versions of iconic characters as they’ve never been seen before”.
All Mortal Kombat 1 pre-orders will grant players Shang Tsung as an in-game playable character, and players who pre-order for PS5 or Xbox Series X/S will receive access to a Mortal Kombat 1 beta in August.
