Invaders in Elden Ring are annoying. I know they provide a sense of challenge and the game's community is much better off with them than without them, but that doesn't change the fact that they always wipe the floor with me and generally add to the misery I'm already experiencing having lost to Godrick for the seventeeth time. That's why when I see a fellow player out there existing solely to make invaders look like fools, I can't help but salute them.
However, there hasn't been an invader griefer quite as talented as a player called Sivicks, who has been sharing all kinds of weird and wonderful invasion disguises to the Elden Ring subreddit over the past couple of weeks, each one varying in absurdity. If you don't know what an invasion disguise is, it's basically when a player attempts to hide from an enemy invader by disguising themselves as part of the map or an enemy, trying to get the invader to leave your world out of boredom or frustration.

It's something that's quite popular to do if you want to mess with a few invaders, though Sivicks has truly mastered the art form and has been tormenting them for the best part of two weeks. Their latest invasio disguise had them taking down a Soldier of Godrick and taking its place, although not in the usual way. Instead, Sivicks kills a bunch of enemies surrounding the soldier, pushes the soldier's body off of a nearby cliff to dispose of it, and merges with the rest of the corpses by laying down and pretending to be slain enemy.
