Skylanders and Disney Infinity may no longer be with us, but Amiibo? Amiibo are forever. Especially when that line of collectible toys is regularly updated with highly sought-after figures that add an extra touch of interactivity to your Switch games. As revealed during September's Nintendo Direct, collectors can look forward to four new figures coming out this year.
On November 3, you can grab the previously announced Zelda and Ganondorf Amiibo, based on their recent appearances in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Princess Zelda comes with the restored Master Sword and highly detailed clothing, while Ganondorf is a towering and imposing figure. Even in scaled-down form, no clothing can contain his almighty pecs. Both of these figures are available to preorder now.
On January 19, 2024, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 fans can add Noah and Mio to their collection. Noah sports his trademark red jacket and sci-fi sword, while Mio is a combo of cute and deadly with her design.
But the fifth and arguably most exciting Amiibo figure won't arrive until next year: Sora from Kingdom Hearts. A figure that Smash Bros. fans have been waiting almost a decade for, Sora looks like he was plucked straight out of the game. He still has that carefree grin, messy, and ridiculously oversized shoes, while his pantaloons are enhanced by a subtle texture design and chain. You'll have to wait until Summer 2024 before Sora is available.
