Warning: SPOILERS for Moon Knight episode 3
Marvel is diving into the complicated relationships that the Egyptian gods have, and Moon Knight episode 3's god betrayal had a deeper meaning than it appeared. It is at this moment that Hathor betrays the other Egyptian gods to help Khonshu's cause, even though she then plays a part in imprisoning him at the end of the episode.
