MLB The Show 23 has arrived, bringing a new year of baseball simulation to major platforms. In addition to new features like true two-way players and the universal DH, there is also a new mode called Storylines, which will focus on highlighting players from the Negro League. The launch also brings freshly updated rosters and player ratings, resulting in new rankings for all of the MLB teams. Here's which teams snagged the top ten spots in MLB The Show 23.
The reigning National League Central division winner with a 96-69 record, the St. Louis Cardinals take the number 10 spot in MLB The Show 23. While the team has middling Speed and Defense, coming in at 22nd and 21st respectively, the Cardinals managed to take a top 10 spot based on its roster's power. Ranked 2nd in the league in power, only behind the Atlanta Braves, the St. Louis Cardinals roster has returning power hitters like 1B Paul Goldschmidt and 3B Nolan Arenado, as well as recent additions to the team like former Cub C Willson Contreras.
