There's a new Treasure Goblin players can find in Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred — meet the Portal Prankster, a Goblin found in the Kurast Undercity that will make you work for your loot!

The Portal Prankster is a new Kurast Undercity-exclusive Treasure Goblin that players can encounter in Vessel of Hatred. This tricky goblin will still drop fountains of loot for you — if you can catch him, that is.
Once engaged, the Portal Prankster will open several Treasure Portals that it will disappear into, using them to reposition itself on the battlefield. If you can't kill it quickly, you'll have to chase it down, often backtracking and making quick turnarounds to reposition and face its ever-shifting portals.
Given the nature of the Kurast Undercity dungeon, this Portal Prankster may cause prickly problems for players.
The Kurast Undercity is a time-attack dungeon, meaning every second counts — and having to chase down a giggling goblin who keeps phasing in and out of existence is the exact kind of time waste you won't need. Granted, you won't need to pick up the loot on the spot, since extra rewards will be added to the chest which spawns at the end of a run, but players will need to make split-second decisions on whether that extra loot is worth the potential time it takes to take down one of these new Treasure Goblins.
