See this quirky Easter egg and get a couple of achievements in Lies of P.

Lies of P is a Souls-like game where you do battle against countless puppets. Along the way, you also meet several human characters who are willing to help, but there's a little secret at the end of the campaign, one that allows you to turn all NPCs into puppets in Lies of P. You can also earn two Achievements/Trophies--«Pianist of Krat» and «The Story of One Father»--while you're at it. Likewise, please be reminded that this article contains spoilers.
You can turn the Hotel Krat NPCs into puppets in Lies of P by playing the piano in Hotel Krat after making a pivotal decision at the end of the campaign. Here's a quick summary from fellow writer Kai Powell:
Once in Hotel Krat, go to the piano. Because you're in a post-campaign run with a particular ending chosen, you'll be able to play a perfect tune. This nets you the Lies of P «Pianist of Krat» Achievement/Trophy.
After the cutscene has finished, check out the NPCs in the area. You'll notice that they've all turned into puppets. Moreover, they refer to P as «Carlo,» perhaps a reference to Carlo Collodi, the author of the Adventures of Pinocchio.
To get the Lies of P «The Story of One Father» Achievement/Trophy, make sure you exhaust all dialogue options when talking to Geppetto throughout the campaign. Then, once you've turned everyone in Hotel Krat into a puppet after the ending, go upstairs to Geppetto's room. There, you'll find Geppetto's Letter, which you can read to obtain this Achievement/Trophy.
