While Blackrock Depths is available in Season of Discovery Phase 3, it seems that it is only half of the dungeon. Bosses from the latter half of BRD have been spotted at the Grim Guzzler hanging out and having fun.
This likely means sought-after items like Hand of Justice won't be available until Phase 4. Bosses spotted at the Grim Guzzler and thus not available in Phase 3:
- Bael'Gar
- Phalanx
- General Angerforge
- Princess Moira Bronzebeard
- Emperor Dagran Thaurissan
Other Bosses that weren't spotted there but likely not available:
