One Fallout 4 player has created a lifelike player character version of Norm, the younger brother of main character Lucy MacLean from the games' Amazon Prime streaming television adaptation. While Fallout 4 and other games in the series have been getting more attention since the release of the television series, Norm hasn't been the character on most players' minds when they're starting up a new run.

Charisma isn't just looks, after all, but a commanding presence, whether friendly or terrifying, and turgidstir believes the version of Norm from the television series will begin to show signs of both charismatic aspects as the seasons roll on.
