If you didn’t get a chance to play through the first two seasons of Gwent’s alternative progression system – Journey – then you’re in luck, because they’ve both been reintroduced with the game’s latest update.
Where before both of the Journeys were time-locked, lasting only three months each, now they’re here to stay. You can pick up your progression where you left off, and if you finished both there are new goodies to collect as well.
There are set to be premium and free tiers for the Journeys, and you can complete them at your own pace. and the character-specific stories that were included in the original releases make a return as well.
New players will be able to unlock all the old rewards from completing the Journey contracts, as well as collecting all of the new auras, cardbacks, trinkets, music, and trophies. Sweet.
Update 10.5 also offers a whole bunch of balancing tweaks and other additions. So that’s pretty cool.
If you fancy giving Gwent a go, you can click here to download it from the Play Store. It’s free with IAP.
