The Goop website offers articles and advice on beauty, health, style, recipes, and more. In 2020, Netflix premiered a series starring Gwyneth called The Goop Lab. The show follows the actress and her team as they look into wellness topics like psychedelics and energy work. A year later, the streaming site premiered Sex, Love & Goop. The brand had also faced a lot of criticism from those who believe it promotes dangerous and unproven claims about health.
In 2019, Kourtney shared a nude photo of herself sitting on her bathroom counter on Instagram with the caption «Coming Soon.» Thus, Poosh was born. The brand is the Kardashian version of Goop and was named after Kourtney's daughter Penelope, whose nickname is Poosh. The website offers similar topics to Gwyneth's but also has a section on motherhood and exclusive inside scoops on the Kar-Jenners. The Poosh YouTube account offers exercise videos, skincare advice, and even an interview with Kris Jenner on how to be a boss.
