Ewan McGregor says he preferred filming Obi-Wan Kenobi over the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Set 10 years after the cataclysmic events of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, the Disney+ series follows the titular Jedi as he hides on Tatooine, avoiding the gaze of the Galactic Empire. However, theStar Wars prequel trilogy has enjoyed more positive reactions from audiences over the last few years, much to the delight of both McGregor and Christensen.
