The Monoliths of Fate are one of the best ways to find great end-game loot in, where players are eventually challenged with three level 90 areas to conquer: Spirits of Fire, The Last Ruin, and The Age of Winter. Many players may find themselves at a plateau with the power level of what they acquire from conquering each of these Monoliths, but there is a way to empower them for even greater loot. Empowered Monoliths provide a far greater challenge with higher risk but higher reward.
Before empowering them, players must first find and defeat the level 90 Monoliths of Fate bosses which are a core end-game feature after completing 's main campaign. This will require characters to be leveled up as much as possible and equipped with great gear since the final three Monoliths are level 90 with scaling levels of Corruption. These alone are a challenging task, but beating them will grant access to the Legendary-leveled Empowered Monoliths which have a minimum Corruption level of 100.
Challenging dungeons in Last Epoch can grant you several great pieces of gear, which in turn allow you to challenge even more difficult activities.
As you explore Timelines in the end-game of, you'll come across objectives known as Echoes which are revealed after exploring specific maps. Completing Echo objectives, usually by defeating certain enemies, provides Timeline Stability. There are also bonus objectives that vary by map. Simply completing main objectives in lower-level Monoliths will grant you enough Timeline Stability and rewards to proceed forward.
It is recommended to also complete bonus objectives and defeat as many enemies as possible at higher Timeline levels for unique items and extra XP.
Travel further into the Timeline web to advance its Stability. Keep in mind that progress on the Timeline is measured by distance to the starting nodes, not simply how much you travel. Echo objectives become more challenging but provide greater rewards, including unique loot you won't find
