For the 2-set, Generically increasing Starsurge and Starfall damage is quite nice. While it has no meaningful impact on our rotation, the damage dealt by our spenders is the most fun part of the kit. The 4 set is the least sexy set bonus of all time. Generating more Astral Power in general for Moonkin is fun, but this tier set is just pretty bland.

All in all the tier set should impact AOE and Single Target pretty evenly. This allows Moonkin to continue to be strong in either Raid or M+ depending on AOE vs ST tuning. Read more on wowhead.com
