Players have been receiving incorrect versions of Tier 0 sets, for example Magister's Leggings instead of Magister's Leggings. WoW Classic Senior Game Producer, Josh Greenfield, has confirmed that the original versions of Tier 0 dropping was unintentional and players that have received an incorrect piece will be able to exchange them for one of the newer Season of Discovery exclusive versions starting «early next week».

We’re going to do something to let you swap pieces of the old set for the new ones. There was a problem with a few loot tables causing them to drop this stuff. Hang onto it for now, we’ll have something for on early next week.

UPDATE: in an update on X, Aggrend has shared that the plan is to attempt to get this fix out today for players!

I answered this a bit ago but we are going to fix this and give you a way to exchange the incorrect pieces. Want to try and get that out today so hang onto them for now.
