CI Games has announced the development of a sequel to Lords of the Fallen for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5, targeting a 2026 release. The company also disclosed an exclusivity agreement granting Epic Games all PC distribution rights for the game’s entire life cycle. This implies that the upcoming Lords of the Fallen title will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store and will not be available on other stores like Steam or GOG.

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw
(the “Company”) hereby announces that on 14 June 2024 the Company signed a binding term sheet with Epic Games Inc. (“Epic”) pursuant to which the Company grants Epic the exclusive
worldwide distribution rights to the sequel of the game “Lords of the Fallen” (working title: Project 3) (the “Game”) on the PC platform for the entire product life cycle (the “Binding Term Sheet”).
The rights to the Game and the Series, including all intellectual property rights (IP), as well as the rights to publish and distribute the Game worldwide on all other platforms, including the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms for which the Game is currently in
development, will remain with the Company. In other respects, the Binding Term Sheet provides for standard market terms. The game is scheduled for release in 2026.The Company and Epic will continue to negotiate a detailed publishing agreement, which the Company will announce in a separate current report.
