A new update has added the All Hallow’s Eve quest line to as a baked in part of the game. You will immediately be getting a series of new quests once you log into the game after the update, making it somewhat easy to start the new content. However, there are a few tricky things about the All Hallow’s Eve quest that will be helpful to know as you start questing.
Updates in are still coming, and this one launches a fair amount of spooky content into your game, despite it being late spring when the update arrived. However, this means you will be able to start preparing for spooky season early. The update has a fair amount of items to use in your settlement as well as a few different quests, of which All Hallow's Eve is one of them. To start the All Hallow’s Eve you will first need to use the radio on your Pip-Boy.

Using your radio, you will need to listen to a track titled “Mysterious Signal” that sounds off and is filled with a fair amount of static. Upon listening to it, you will get a map marker that will show you where you need to investigate next. On the map of your Pip-Boy in , you will be able to track the signal to somewhere in the middle of Boston.
There have been bugs reported with playing the Mysterious Signal, where if you click on it nothing happens. This will not trigger the map marker and would force you to investigate on your own without any help. However, YouTuber Oxhorn suggests attempting to load a previous save on a different character if you want to hear the broadcast and that worked.
Whether you hear the Mysterious Signal or not, you can still go to the Harbormaster Hotel and walk in the front door to progress the quest line. It is located right near the harbor in Boston. There is a new door in the west wall of the hotel lobby that leads to theNew England Technocrat Society.
